Grass Cut Procedures

Property Preservation Grass Cut Procedures

When submitting a bid for grass cuts on over-sized lots you must also include in the bid what the bid price is for all subsequent re-cuts.

Always include the dimensions of the lot and the height of the grass in the front and the height of the grass in the back.

State if both back and front is being bid or if the back is the only area that has high grass, etc.

When approval is received you will need a photo with a ruler or measuring tape showing the height of the grass that was bid. When taking the photo, we must be able to see the inches on the ruler or measuring tape.

Grass Cut Photos

Pictures must show entire lot. This is especially important in large lots.

Before: front & rear lot photos with a ruler or measuring tape showing the height of the grass that was bid. The inches on the ruler or measuring tape must be visible in the photo.

After: front & rear lot

If a grass cut or re-cut is not needed, you must submit photos of the front and rear yards showing that a grass cut was not needed.

Hedge Trim

• Before: Overgrown hedges

• After: Trimmed hedges with clippings removed
