Preparing For Winterization
All work performed must be in compliance with local laws, licensing, and municipal ordinances. In the event instructions on the work order conflict with local laws communicate with the issuing office prior to performing winterization.
Some properties will have real estate agents listed as a contact for the property. If so, contact the real estate agent prior to going out to the site to verify the property can be winterized, is not occupied, does not have a shared water system (condos, townhouses, duplexes, etc) and has electricity on or off.
